Latino Leaders Round Table May 2026 Recap
The Latino Leaders Round Table hosted its May luncheon, From Policy to Reality: Cost of Living, Workforce Stability, and Latino Families in Napa County, bringing together community members and leaders for a critical conversation about the issues impacting Latino families every day.
Congressman Mike Thompson and Senator Christopher Cabaldon joined the panel to discuss how federal and state policy translates into real outcomes locally — from housing affordability and healthcare costs to immigration uncertainty and economic mobility.
The discussion moved beyond abstract policy and focused on what working families in Napa County are actually experiencing, where gaps remain, and what realistic steps can be taken to improve stability and opportunity.
