At just four years old, the Napa County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce was named the state's Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of the Year at the annual California Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Convention Gala in Oakland. The three-day event drew over 3,000 entrepreneurs, small business advocates, and corporate representatives from across the state.
The honor came as a surprise — the NCHCC was competing against much larger chambers from Silicon Valley, Sacramento, and Los Angeles. But with a 40% increase in membership over the prior year, a strong track record of community events, and a growing roster of members ranging from wineries and insurance agencies to Napa Valley College and Queen of the Valley, the results spoke for themselves.
The chamber's involvement in heritage programs like Día de los Muertos, Mexican Independence Day celebrations, Latino Heritage Month, and the Corazon Latino Latin music showcase helped demonstrate the organization's deep community roots. The award reflected not just business growth, but a commitment to culture, connection, and lifting up the Latino business community across Napa County.
